Johns Hopkins Hospital Appointment Review

I was at john Hopkins hospital yesterday for my apointment at Kimmel cancer center. I even confirmed my apointment a few day ago and after drove 1'45 mn always from Hagerstomw md to Baltimore and I was there 15mn early the doctor asked me to go back home that I can be see today . I'm 76 years old with 190 blood pressure I have to return home without see a doctor I believe just because I'm black ..

Johns Hopkins Hospital Customer Care Review

Very incompetent, rude people that are supposed to be customer relations specialists. Very, very disappointed. "If" they answer your call, they put you on hold. No response to emails and worst of all not replying to my insurance which caused me to be denied for the MRI's I desperately need.
